Return policy

if you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return)
  • the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in original undamaged packaging
  • bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact


The following items are final sale and ineligible for return:

  • panties
  • lingerie sets that include a panty
  • sale items
  • iCeek.com gift cards are non-refundable
  • iCeek.com reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. any returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back at the receiver’s cost, at our discretion.

Return & Shipping instructions

to return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  • Please contact customer care to request a return shipping label.
  • Once you receive your return shipping label by email, simply print and attach it to your package (iCeek.com believes in environmentally-friendly practices. if possible, please re-use the original box you received your order in).
  • Drop off your package at any usps location (for a list of convenient locations, please visit usps)

Refund process

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for eligible items purchased at regular price will be applied to your original form of payment
  • Refunds for eligible bundle priced items will be applied on a iCeek.com e-gift card
  • You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. a $7 return fee will be deducted from your refund. the amount will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return (or immediately on your iCeek.com e-gift card).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of iCeek.com

Exchanges

exchanges are not available at this time at iCeek.com. You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.

Return to sender

iCeek.com reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery.
